Simplicity is just one of the latest wedding trends this season and this elegant wedding is one to marvel over!
Susan and Alexander’s simple elegant wedding was held at the Hotel Plaza Athenee in the late summer. Most of the personal flowers were designed with only one type of flower which creates a luxurious elegance. The beautiful wedding theme was obtained with the bride carrying a bouquet of all blush pink roses and the mothers’ bouquets were made up of all white calla lilies.
Family and friends watched in awe as the couple exchanged vows in front of a custom backdrop draped with ivory chiffon fabric accented with flowers in their color theme. Our designers embellished each chair going down the aisle with bouquets of pink roses tied in ivory satin ribbon to make this simple elegant wedding a dream come true. We even decorated the minister’s stand with trailing greenery to complete the look! The splashes of pink petals on the aisle runner added the perfect pop of color to the neutral colored room.
The lush reception table centerpieces and the glow from the votive candles generated a romantic mood for this simple elegant wedding. Each arrangement was made in large square glass vases with over three dozen long stem ivory roses, cut short to showcase just the bloom and natural beauty of each rose. Susan and Alexander added a personal touch by having German chocolate on each place setting for their guests.
