Surroundings Flowers devotes its time to making all of our client’s events and weddings as special as possible.
Our highly knowledgeable and trained staff go through every little detail from start to finish for your wedding. We have the honor of being one of the preferred florists for various premier venues such as Abigail Kirsch’s Tappan Hill, The Plaza Athenee and The New York Botanical Garden.
Surroundings Flowers do not offer wedding packages or event minimums, since every wedding is unique! However, we do have minimums within categories and would be happy to send a list of floral décor items with price ranges. We most frequently design complete events from the bridal bouquet through to the ceremony and to the reception. However, you may also call us for individual selections.
We help couples develop a floral statement suited to their personalities, the style of the venue, the season, and their budget. After our initial meeting, you will receive a wedding proposal detailing the items we discuss with delivery, set-up and break-down fees included for your special event. After receiving the wedding proposal, if you would like to book Surroundings Flowers for your event, a deposit of one half of the total is required to hold your day, with the balance due two weeks before the event date. We will meet 4-6 weeks before the wedding date to view a sample centerpiece and discuss the fine details to ensure your wedding is run smoothly.
